"The other programs I attempted were restrictive, had lengthy workouts (1 hour + an additional 30 mins on your own), cardio based, and relied heavily on supplements to control and process your diet. The nutrition aspect was mostly, "eat clean" and a large laundry list of foods not to eat. With Zehra, I was able to work out at my preferred time, the workouts were only 30-45 mins long (but still impactful), and the workouts were focused on strength training. Movement is a large focus, and I truly enjoyed my daily walks that help reach the goal of 7,000 to 10,000 steps 5-7 times a week. Zehra taught me how I should be eating instead of just telling me what not to eat. She taught me the importance of protein and eating a balanced diet. She also taught me that it is ok to indulge and eat treats every once in a while."

"I'm 37 years old." Sarwat works FULL TIME. "I work in a lab and am on my feet a lot." Married with two young kids.

Before the program,

  • I felt tired ALL the time. I always tried sneaking in naps whenever I got home from work or when the kids were eating their dinner.
  • I rarely had energy. I felt miserable about my weight and I wanted to do something about it, but didn't have the motivation or energy. I needed a big PUSH
