As a mom of two young and very busy kids, I have realized that my days of spending hours in the gym and being super strict with my diet was not sustainable and enjoyable for my family and I. I started looking for ways I could maximize my workouts at home and also maximize my time.
I soon realized that with shorter, higher intense workouts I could get in just as effective a workout at home and with minimal equipment as well!
I didn't have to schedule my day around packing up the kids and taking them to the gym. I was able to just fit in a quick 15-20 minute workout during their naps or even have them around playing with their toys and watching their mama get fit and sweating it out ;)
This is how I developed the 6 WEEK PROGRAM.

THE LEAN AND LIGHT IN 6 PROGRAM WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH:
- 20 minutes full body workout videos sent directly to your inbox each day (5 days a week)
- All workout can be done at home with minimal equipment ( skipping rope, step and a set of weights)
- Also, if you are a total beginner or have exercise limitations, don’t worry. I’ve got you. There will be modifications in each video.
- Two week mapped out meal plan that takes all the guess work
- Full grocery list
- 20+ recipes that you and your kids will love (breakfast, lunch, dinners and snacks)
- Full list of approved foods so you can make your own yummy concoctions ;)
You can have access to the best workouts and the simplest meal plan, but I want to make sure you use them and follow through! You will get:

How it works
Starting January 15th, you'll receive an email every Monday for 6 weeks containing daily workout videos.
Each workout will include a warm up and an high-intensity workout you can complete at home.
RE THE WORKOUTS TOUGH?
I’m not going to sugar coat it, you’ll sweat and push yourself as hard as you can. The workouts are designed to be short in length ( 20 mins) and pretty intense. This will allow you to push hard and get your body in the “metabolic zone” to burn major calories.
WHAT TYPES OF FOOD ARE IN TEH MEAL PLAN?
I promise you ,the food is anything but boring! The meal plan has a mix of foods from different regions to keep things interesting. From different spices and traditional meals, there’s something for everyone!
HOW WILL I HAVE ACCESS TO THE PROGRAM?
A week before the program I will send you an introduction package. This will give you all the info you need to set you up for success. This will cover things from tracking your progress, to getting in the right mindset as well as what you need for your workouts and specific details about the meal plan.
Once the program start you will get daily emails from me with links to your workout videos and your focus for the day.
You will also have access to a private facebook page where I will be keeping track of your WINS and keeping you accountable.
