Challenge yourself to a high intensity workout that changes from week to week.

A fun, energetic, and high intensity class that incorporates both strength training and cardio.  This HIIT (high intensity interval training) style workout will leave you sweating and feeling stronger than ever.  This class features a variety of moves that will challenge your body in new and exciting ways. I also love to change it up often.  And because I love to change things up you’ll never do the same workout twice!

This class is open to all levels.  Whether you’re a beginner or have been exercising for awhile, you’ll always be challenged since the movements are modified according to your fitness level.

All you need is an exercise mat, water bottle and indoor trainers!

Crossfit & Conditioning

Stop exercising, Start training. 

This class is great if you are looking to get stronger and have some fun trying new things. The main focus in this class is to build strength and increase your endurance. The first half of the class is focused on strength and we end off with a HIIT style circuit, with full body moves to work on muscle endurance and core stability and strength. I incorporate different exercises and equipment every few weeks to keep it fun and interesting!
